The Cheese

There was a boy in a circus looking for cheese, but cheese he could not find.
He tried and he tried but the tent was too large, to find cheese of the tastiest kind.
He looked under the seats and in the lion's cage,
But he found no cheddar, of the appropriate age.
He looked in the cannon and way up high,
But he could find no bries the sky.

Finally he fell on a small little pygmie who turned his head up and he said
"If you want to find the ultima cheese, you must go to the lands of the dead."

So the boy went to town, but his craving remained, for just a small sliver of joy, But as he went down, his heart was detained, by a girl who wanted a toy.

The boy fell apart, and his head span in loops, and he was wrapped in a web of Desire,
For the boy did not know that the fruits of his love would end in baptism by fire.

He chased and she ran, she ran far away, to the mountains of purest gold,
And he chased and he chased till he met a priest, who welcomed him into the fold.

The boy learned of God, his splendour and rage, and his tiniest of hearts well it Quivered, for somehow he knew, that this rosy cheeked priest was, in fact, lily-livered.

He struck one day, in a moment of passion, to show the boy God's love,
But as his lips trembled, and he unzipped his fly, there came a roar from above.

The roof was torn open, and up in the sky, were billowing clouds of rage,
For God was displeased, and reached down from up high,
plucking the priest from the stage.

As the priest flew up high, he cried in repentance, "forgive me lord I have sinned!!"
But it was too late, for brutal butt rape, was his reward for a life so grim.

The boy burst out the door, looked to the heavens, and saw God pounding away,
And he quivered again, as he said to himself "Man, Christians are totally gay."

So on he strolled, to these mountains of gold,
Where he found the girl of his dreams,
And her smile shone down like a rainbow of stars;
She had been wondering where he had been.

Their time apart, her predictable heart, had led to love now requited,
but the boy had grown wise, and seeing her soul, he remembered his original goal.

He threw his hands in the air, and with a morbid stare, cast a powerful catholic spell,
With deep eyes of thunder, and a heart torn asunder, he summoned the devil from hell.

With a lick of white flame, and a burst of black smoke, the demon crawled from the ground.
He looked at the boy, who looked at the girl and back at the devil
Without a sound

His eyes went sly, his grin turned sharp, as he thrust his claw at her flighty heart.
With a crackling cackle he shackled her soul and leapt manically back down his hole.

Eyes brimming with fear, the boy opened his lungs, screaming "Sweet Lord - oh what have I done!?"

Tears flushed his eyes, and his heart fell to pieces, he shook, as he fell to his knees.
But all was not lost, for as the smoke cleared away, there it was...
The ultima cheese!
